OUR SELECTION PROCESS

When considering candidates, Nusantara Marine operates a transparent selection process in order to qualify individuals before we place them on projects with our clients.

We base our selection process on key criteria including:

• Qualifications
• proven experience
• References or recommendations from employers and existing Nusantara Marine personnel

All new applicants must supply a CV, including two references from supervisors on recently completed contracts. Other key documentation includes:

• Valid passport & seaman book
• Copies medical and STCW 2010 certificates
• Any relevant trade certificates
• GWO qualifications.
• Additional qualifications and certificates may be required for specific roles
